Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic SEO Analyst to join our team. As an SEO Analyst, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence through strategic optimization techniques. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure our website is fully optimized for search engines and that we are continuously driving improvements to increase organic traffic and visibility.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the SEO Manager to develop and implement the SEO roadmap, prioritizing key activities as needed.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including digital trading, content, and web production to ensure website optimization and the creation of SEO-driven content.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Perform audits, analysis, and reporting on SEO issues and opportunities across our digital platforms.
  • Drive new SEO projects to grow online channels and improve organic visibility.
  • Monitor day-to-day SEO activities and provide insights to inform future strategies.
  • Liaise with external agencies to achieve shared SEO goals as required.
  • Support the development of SEO skills and knowledge within the digital team.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the documentation and customization of systems and processes related to SEO.
  • Develop and implement new SEO tests and strategies to enhance site performance.
  • Communicate findings and analyses effectively to various stakeholders across the business.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of B2C SEO experience, preferably in the digital/retail sector. 
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and SEO tools such as Majestic, Screaming Frog, Botify, Stat, SEMrush, etc. 
  • Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and the capacity to analyze and interpret large volumes of data. 
  • Experience in building and maintaining productive working relationships. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
