Our bottles & cups are made to order. Therefore, once your order is placed production will begin. Production times are 2-3 days (working days).

Delivery will vary depending on your location:

• UK residents will receive their order within 3-5 days after production is completed.
• EU (European Union) residents will receive their order within 10-20 days after production is completed.
• Worldwide (Rest of World) residents will receive their order within 10-35 days after production is completed.

Does Hydronair ship outside the UK?

Is my bottle dishwasher safe?

We recommend hand washing your bottle as this will protect the colour of the bottle from fading due to the high temperature of dishwashers.

How should I clean my cups lid?

We recommend using warm soapy water with a soft/medium sponge. Allowing you to clean any marks or stains.

Does the cup come with a straw?

Yes, your cup comes with a free straw and we also sell straws separately in a variety of colours.
