Tip: To get better results Its best to drink the lemon water in the morning on an empty stomach at least 20-30 minutes before you eat your breakfast.   • First boil a kettle a water
  • Next get a cutting knife and cut 1 lemon in half.
  • Pour the boiled water into a glass, mug or tumbler. Make sure the boiled water was left to stand for 5 minutes before pouring. We particularly like using a tumbler for lemon water as you can drink the water whilst on the go if you are pressed for time.
  • Start squeezing half the lemon into the water. Use a lemon squeezer tool if you have one.

  1. Pour 2 cups of water into a bottle or tumbler.

What you will need:

  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Pinch of black salt

How to prepare:

  1. Chop the kiwi and add into a blender.
  2. Add lemon juice, orange juice, and honey.
